		<description>Will an HDMI cable make a difference on a 720p TV? Our cable company told me that an HDMI only matters if you have a 1080p TV, and we would be ok with RCA cables. My husband says that's not true -- that HDMI makes a big difference no matter whether you have 720p or 1080p TV. Who's right?</description>
