Sitting at the desk and listening to music or watching a movie has never been quite fulfilling for the keen listener. Computer/laptop speakers are generally very limited in the amount of sound that they can produce due to a  greater  concern for  manufacturers.  Bose  kept this in mind when designing their multimedia speakers to allow compatability for computers. Now computer/laptop speakers are no longer responsible for the whole experience and users can experience their downloaded music and movies as they're supposed to be experienced, with amazing beauty and clarity.
