The width of the BT1100 is a standard component size of 171/2" allowing easy installation into A/V cabinetry. Die-cast “finger holds” positioned at the front of the speaker enclosure provide easy installation in tight cabinet spaces, supplied neoprene pads prevent scratching and allow for smooth slide-in positioning of the speakers. All cable input terminals and controls are recessed at the rear of the speaker.

The BT1100 subwoofer features a 12-inch DCD® cast-aluminum frame woofer with 2-inch voice coil. It’s driven by a powerful 300-watt amplifier, and controlled by our proprietary BassTrac® circuitry. Speaker level, line level, and LFE inputs provide connectivity to any audio system. A front-mounted volume control is coupled with adjustments for phase and crossover point on the rear panel.

The BT1100 is designed for theater stages or A/V cabinet installation. Bass is vented through a 3½-inch tall slot located at the lower front of the cabinet. In cabinet installations, the BT1100 can sit directly on the floor isolating the sub from the cabinet eliminating unwanted vibration. Bass vents into the room via the cabinet toe-kick. This eliminates the necessity speaker grills at the bottom of the cabinet.
