The ProMedia 2.1 THX®-Certified, three-piece computer multimedia speaker system transforms your desktop into a high-performance audio entertainment center. Its exclusive Klipsch MicroTractrix® Horn maximizes digital technologies such as CDs, MP3 downloads, streaming radio programs and other popular personal audio applications, and delivers a level of power and accuracy never before available. The high output digital hybrid amplifier driven ProMedia 2.1 incorporates a convenient headphone jack as well as a miniplug input that makes it compatible with gaming consoles and most portable audio devices. This powerful system is currently available in 120 volt version only.

*Maximium Burst Power indicates the actual power this amplifier will deliver to the speakers under normal operating conditions. While the FTC power rating indicates power available on a continuous, long-term basis, multi-channel systems do not rely on that type of power. Instead, the amplifier is called upon to deliver large, short-term bursts of power to be able to support today’s digital music, games and movie formats. In addition to the required FTC power rating, we have provided the maximum burst output as a better indication of the product’s true performance.

Product Review: I always try to avoid sounding as if I have done exhaustive research and can speak with some high authority. But frankly these speakers are so overwhelmingly superior that I can't help but say that I think you'll have a hard time doing better than these for similar money. Thanks to the horn tweeter these speakers are slightly biased to the high frequencies, which I like. But having used them for about eight months now I never fail to be thoroughly impressed whenever I feel like turning up the volume and just listening to some good music. Product Review: This sound system is absolutly fantastic.. The Bass is crisp and very clear as well as the highs. I have found that it is very good for music.. not as desirable for gaming but still very much worth the money. It shakes various things in my house when I have it up loud. A+++

Product Review: These speakers are great, i never expected them to be so clear, crisp and loud for such a low price tag. my room-mate has some altec lansing speakers and these rock those. We turned them both up really loud to see whose got louder and these were wonderful, until our resident assistant came in and got mad becuase we were shaking the hall and she was napping.
