Directed Sound Field TechnologyNiles’ Directed Sound Field Geometry provides optimal phase response and flat frequency response for listeners placed off-axis from the speakers. This is accomplished by offsetting the tweeter center from the center line of the dual woofers. The resulting acoustic interaction between the woofers and the tweeter directs the sound field in the direction opposite the tweeter offset. Directed Sound Field Geometry is especially suited to speakers utilized in a home theater, as placement above, below or to the left and right of a center-mounted television still delivers optimal phase, frequency response and imaging to the listener. 6 Products with Directed Sound Field Technology
