The new Marantz NR 1602 Slim Line AV Receiver lets you enjoy clear sound and wireless streaming in a sleek design and small footprint, making it ideal for any audiophiles with space limitations, or those who prefer a compact design. This 7.1 channel receiver has built-in networking capabilities and AirPlay technology that allows you to stream music and other content from your mobile device or home computer. The multi-zone feature lets you watch Blu-ray movies in one room while listening to music in another.
With the NR 1630 Receiver you can play music and movies from a variety of sources, including Blu-ray players, game systems and mobile devices and experience optimal sound thanks to the Audyssey MultEO technology that delivers award-winning clarity and balance of sound. The NR 1603 supports playback of the latest high-definition audio formats and has discrete power amplifiers for all seven audio channels. Built-in 3D pass-through technology allows the receiver to route 3D video signals from a Blu-ray player to your HDTV for easy enjoyment of Blu-ray 3D discs.
This receiver is network-ready, allowing you to stream music, videos, photos and more from your computer over your home network. This lets you enjoy thousands of internet radio stations, as well as streaming services such as Pandora or SiriusXM through your home theater system.
The receiver comes equipped with six HDMI inputs, including one on the front, an ethernet port, a USB port and two component inputs and one output to support your legacy video sources and displays. The NR 1630 also includes a free remote app for Android or IOS device as well as a remote control.
