if you were to use this as a center can you mount vertical or would it change the integrity of the sound?

The Niles Audio HD-LCR can be mounted as a center speaker either vertical or horizontal, whatever your home decor calls for. is it possible to run 4ohms to this center channel with the other speakers being 8ohms? what is the benefit of 4ohm speakers?

The 4ohm speakers will be louder than the 8 ohm, we do not recommend it unless that is all you have on hand. However, you can always turn down the center speaker on the receiver. Please call us if you have any further questions.
