Product Q & A
I have a question about Niles rock speakers installations. When do I use SI versions (RS6si) vs RS6? If I use "si" version do I need to do anything different with the wiring? Right now I have a "left %26 right speaker" wires. Am I correct in saying that if my listening area is not static (seats in middle to always listen to left/right stereo) I should buy "si" version so the sound is more even? Do you recommend any other outdoor rock speakers (not wall mounted)?

The "si" version provides stereo sound from a single speaker. You should use it when an area is small and you only want one stereo speaker. The wiring requires 4 wires, so the 16-4 would be fine to use in your case. YEW recommends Niles for outdoor rock speakers; if you'd like 2 speakers consider the Niles Audio RS-6 or the Audio RS-8SI also.
