Product Review: First of all, the Intellipad CI should accept IR signals on it's own, but since it doesn't this device is necessary. To install it, you need to cut an ethernet cable in half since the Intellipad CI needs an ethernet cable end plugged into it but this device requires bare wires (from the cut end of the ethernet) to be attached to it. It's a pain but when it's hooked up, it works well. Would be a lot easier to install if both ends were the same (both ethernet or both plain wires). Was this review helpful to you? Yes/No

Product Review: I purchased this wall sensor for use in a home theater. I was able to install this product in 3 minutes and it works great. It picks up a signal from anywhere in the room (at least 20 ft in length) and passes the signal via 100 ft of cat 5e cable in an instant.
