It has the superior brand quality that includes an aluminum front panel and center-mounted tray, features new Sound Retriever Link and Stream Smoother Link. The Sound Retriever feature enhances compressed audio files by filling in data lost during the compression process, while the Stream Smoother enhances compressed video files to reduce compression noise and establish more detailed, finer images.
Pioneer's free iControlAV2 App turns various smartphones and tablets into fully functioning remote controls for the BDP-62FD. When your player is connected via Ethernet to a wireless router, the app allows users to control basic functions of the player.
