Product Review: I sure like the idea of the product. Service & Delivery Comments: I was very excited to find this product on sale. I was just as disappointed to plug it in and discover that it does not charge the 4th gen. Nano. I called customer service and was told I would have to pay the shipping both ways to return the item. Product Review: I have had a few challenges with ipod players in the past and was hesitant to get another one, however, the reviews I've read on this Bose system lead me to try one more time.

This docking player is awesome! I've had other players that just don't go loud enough, or they distort terribly. Other players are just thin sounding, and physically can't reproduce the intended signal the way it was meant to be heard.

I use my Bose player, in a noisy machine room and the volume and clarity just is simply amazing for the size of the player. I also use my player in a very quiet therapy setting where the nuance of the whole frequency range is heard so well at low levels. My clients even noticed the quality difference compared to my old player, that I thought was doing an ok job.

If you purchase one of these units and are not tickled pink about the quality of sound representation, then there is something wrong with you. I am also a sound engineer with a private studio. I heavily scrutinize frequency representation and now use the Bose as a player reference on my masters.

Love my Bose product, thank you!
