Installation Includes

• Fastening the mounting bracket to a masonry wall or standard frame
• Mounting of the Flat Panel TV screen
• Connecting the Flat Panel to an existing AC power supply using neat wire management. *We recommend that you consult an electrician to install a recessed outlet at the height of the TV placement
• Installation of the set-top tuner
• Surface routing of the customer-provided cables from the tuner source 15 feet or less from the TV
• Integration of the Flat Panel TV to your existing home theater or audio system in the same room
• Demonstration of your Flat Panel TV and its components (up to 20 minutes)

• Pre-installation phone survey to review actual work to be performed and to confirm installation appointment
• A pre-installation site survey upon the installer’s arrival at the customer’s home will be completed, and if applicable, any additional charges will be quoted and approved prior to the start of the job
• Programming of up to two non-learning remote control devices to operate connected components
• Cleanup of work area, including removing any packaging to trash area at customers home
• Professional installation labor warranty for 90 days
• Obtain customer satisfaction sign-off on completed work order
