Monster® Beats by Dr. Dre Solo Headphones with ControlTalk Details
Monster creates another stylish, compact, and durable design that lends itself well to on-the-go use. The Beats Solo headphones have a nice, quality feel to them and earpieces measure just 2.2 inches across. The on-ear design lends to a smaller version of the previously released over-ear Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. The ControlTalk offers an inline mic and integrated controls for the iPod. In addition, the button acts as a call-answer for music phones. A single, removable 50" cable is provided which attaches to the left earcup via gold-plated straight plug and to your audio source via uber-reinforced gold-plated L-shape plug. For an overall more comfortable sound experience and extended period of wear, the Solo's earpads swivel and the headband features a bit of padding on the top. The headphones are metal coated in a soft, matte plastic and feature the Dr. Dre logo stamp on the exterior. Beats Solo deliver sound so real, you'll be amazed its coming from something so compact and portable.

What are the differences between the Solo's and the Solo HD's?

There is not a lot of difference between the Monster® Beats by Dr. Dre Solo and the Solo HD. The slight difference between the two though is the HD will have a little better quality of sound than the regular Solo Headphones. No, these Monster Beats Solo headphones, shown here, do not feature high definition. In fact, that's another headset called the Beats by Dr. Dre Solo HD Headphones with ControlTalk.
