Weber's chimney starter makes starting your charcoal a snap. It also cuts down the amount of time it takes for the coals to get ready. Just load upthe extra large cannister full of coals, light up a fire starter or crinkled up newspaper, and set the cannister over the flame. In a matter of minutes the coals will be red hot. Who ever thought it could be so quick and easy?Holds enough briquets for a 22-1/2" Weber kettle. Works well with the Weber FireStarters!

Product Review: I had never heard of a chimney starter before. A friend told me about them after I had told of my difficulties trying to start a standard charcoal fire without lighter fluid. I looked chimney starters up on Wikipedia and the idea sounded perfect.

I ordered one the next day and it arrived quickly. Using it could not be easier and there isn't any mess. I can get the grill going in half the time with a lot less aggravation. If you like grilling and want to avoid charcoal lighter fluid, this chimney starter is the way to go. Service & Delivery Comments: Standard and without incident. Plenty of communication from EW. Product Review: Never been a big fan of lighter fluid. Match Weber Chimney Starter with Weber FireStarters you will be on your way to being turned off by lighter fluid. A neighbor was Barbecue next door and I could smell burning lighter fluid (petroleum based)same base that is in gasoline. So basically you would be grilling with auto fuel flavoring your food.
