Weber Poultry Roaster Details

Beer can chicken—roasting a chicken perched atop a beer can—has become popular at backyard barbecues all around the country. But getting the bird off the beer can gracefully can be a challenge, plus you never know just where that beer can has been. Now Weber makes it easy to get the same juicy, flavorful results minus the can. Simply fill the aluminum tray with beer, wine, or fruit juice. Stand the bird on the cone-shaped infuser and aromatic steam rises and cooks the bird to juicy perfection in less time than ordinary roasting. You can also add spices to the reservoir for more intense flavor.

Product Review: I already owned this product but inadvertently left it at my summer home, so decided I had to have another. My husband has declared that the chicken is the best he's eaten (and he doesn't give out praise easily when it comes to food). Product Review: High quality, easy to clean and best chicken ever. Many people like "beer can chicken", but getting the hot chicken off the hot can with boiling liquid is a two-person job and dangerous- this roaster makes it a safe 1-person job, and it catches the drippings for gravy or just to keep your grill/ oven clean. It is almost perfect- the only suggestion I have is the addition of two handles to make the whole thing easier to transport and even safer...Would I recommend it to a friend? I'd say "buy two, then invite my family over for dinner!" Was this review helpful to you? Yes/No

Product Review: This kit is heavy duty and much easier to clean than pie pans, which I was using. The chicken doesn't fall over and I can add anything I choose to the liquid. This is the best method of cooking chicken that I have found. I grill year around. It is also the healthiest way to grill as it eliminates much of the fat, but keeps the moistness that makes this chicken so tender and flavorful. Your prices are great! Product Review: I've used this product over and over. It is easily my favorite grill accessory. Chicken comes out perfectly everytime. It keeps your grill completely clean. The unit could not be easier to use and clean. I am usually one who likes a product but always wishes there was one more thing they could have added to make it perfect. Well, not with this one.
