Returns/Exchange Policy
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete manufacturer's warranty is included with the product. All warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty usually covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual.
On most items, Your Electronic Warehouse offers a 15-day merchandise exchange policy. All equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation. Any defective on arrival product will be exchanged or credited depending on individual situation (units that have been opened, installed, scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for credit!). All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, based upon a return inspection. Actual shipping charges of initial shipment will not be credited, regardless of pre-paid status. On any order that has been returned that used Reward Dollars on the purchase, Reward Dollars will be issued back as Credit up to the amount of Reward Dollars used and the remaining balance will be credited back to the original form of payment. Special Order items are not available for return.
Headphone Returns - all returns for headphones will encure a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise determined.
All Returns require an authorization number*. For an RA Number (Return Authorization) on returns call Customer Service at 1-866-224-6171.
*Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged merchandise will be exchanged "Apples for Apples", what is sent is what will be returned. All other returns must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not write anything on the item or the factory package! Charges will be incurred for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, or written-on contents and/or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any items deemed unacceptable. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the shipping label only. Any merchandise returned to us without an authorized number will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight paid! We suggest that you use FedEx Ground "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Sales are final on some of the furniture we sell. We do not accept returns on any plasma lift furniture purchased on our website. Please note that the color of the furniture may appear slightly different on our website.
No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
