Price Matching
Consumers will receive a refund of the price difference if the item they purchased is advertised for lower within 30 days of purchase at any merchant - online or offline.
- Benefit is limited to up to $1000 and $250 per eligible item during the promotional period.
- Airline tickets are covered within 7 days at the same airline.
- New eBay Buy It Now items are covered from Top-rated sellers.
- Reimbursement will be credited to consumer's PayPal account.
- Within 5 days of filing and online claim, consumers will receive reimbursement for eligible items.
Return Shipping on PayPal*
PayPal covers the cost of return shipping within 30 days of purchase - as long as the merchant will accept the return.
- Benefit is limited up to $100 and $25 per eligible item during the promotional period.**
- Consumers get a pre-paid shipping label to return their items via UPS.
- For consumers who don't live near a UPS store or can't arrange for a pick-up, PayPal will reimburse the cost of standard domestic shipping.
- Within 5 days of filing an online claim, consumers will get either a pre-paid label or a shipping reimbursement back into their PayPal account.
*Excludes ebay purchases.
*Consumers cannot file a claim through PayPal's standard claims process and receive this benefit a tthe same time. Must file one or the other.
Shop Now, Pay Later
PayPal offers consumers no payments and no interest on purchases of $99+.
