The Yamaha PRO 500 delivers sound excellence in a luxury over-ear design. The cable is conveniently detachable and to help extend its value, an array of accessories are included. Rich bass and a wide stereo field earn it PC Magazine's Editors' Choice.

The PRO 500 includes a microphone and three-button remote for iOS devices as well as a cable with no controls on it. A cable input is available on each ear for you to decide which side is more comfortable or convenient at the time. But you may also connect another pair of headphones to share audio with a friend. Compared to the PRO 300 on-ear headphones, these PRO 500 plush ear pads are a far more comfortable choice. Plus, the headphones ship with a 1/4-inch adapter, cleaning shammy, and a rigid, zip-up carrying case.

The performance is a formidable beast - providing a perfect combination of low and high frequencies without overflowing more bass presence than necessary, just a deep, rich delivery of clean, nice sound. The Yamaha PRO 500 won PC Magazine's Editors' Choice award for high-end headphones.
